Ticketing and Entry
• Carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Student ID, Driver's Licence, Aadhar, Passport).
• Tickets are non-refundable, even in the case of rescheduling.
• Organisers reserve the right to perform security checks. Violators will be denied entry without a refund.
• The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Prohibited items include weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments.
• The consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• The organiser is not responsible for any injury, damage, theft, or loss suffered at or because of the event.
• Parking near or at the venue premises is at the vehicle owner’s risk. The organiser is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles within the stipulated parking premises.
• The event may be broadcast or recorded for live streaming. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness.
• Photographs or videos taken by the organisers may be used for promotional purposes.
• Attendees are required to dress modestly and respectfully in line with the venue's spiritual and cultural values. Entry may be denied for non-compliance.
• The right of admission is reserved, even for valid ticket holders.
• Outside food is not permitted.
• The event is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
